Welcome

to Rockley

Rockley is a quiet historic village with a rich history and a National Trust listing.

Located in the Central Tablelands 36km south of Bathurst and 250km from Sydney, Rockley is a friendly and supportive community where people can enjoy a peaceful rural lifestyle.

Many of Rockley’s original historic buildings are still standing, including the magnificent 19th century pub, old steam flour mill (1862), two Edward Gell churches (1867 and 1869) and the Abercrombie Shire Council Chambers (1912) which is now a private home.
